The ASEAN 100 Leadership Forum is a highly interactive meeting of minds of the most outstanding Southeast Asian next-generation leaders from business, government and civil society who will chart the future of ASEAN.

It brings together the best and brightest men and women who are expected to play key leadership roles and shape business and public policy in the next five years. They engage in discussion, dialogue and debate on foremost issues and challenges facing the region and their implications to business and politics.

The 2008 Forum is the fifth to be held. It begins with a Dinner and Dialogue with President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo of the Philippines, followed the next day by stimulating and thought-provoking sessions led by key figures from Southeast Asia, the United States and the Middle East.

This year’s Forum follows a proud record of dialogue with key ASEAN Leaders in the preceding four Forums: with Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung of Vietnam (2007), President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono of Indonesia (2006), Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong of Singapore (2005) and then Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad of Malaysia (2003), together with many distinguished members of the Southeast Asian government, business and civil society.

The ASEAN 100 Leadership Forum is a flagship regional event by Asia Inc Forum.
